Adult Forums

The Adult Forums consist of sessions that take place during the Educational Hour from 10:40 - 11:25 am on Sunday mornings throughout the school year.  These forums are held in the Youth Room. A different theme is selected for each month with a guest speaker presenting. 

April Adult Forum 

April 6 - Kevin Ekstrom, a newer member who is a hospice chaplain, will speak on what he does and how his role differs from that of a pastor.

 April 13 - Tiffany Newharth from Rise Up Recovery, one of the charities our Capital Fund tithe is supporting this year, will give us an update on what they are doing to help those dealing with their own or other's addictions. 

 April 20 - Easter, no Forum. Enjoy the day with friends and family!

 April 27 - Children, Youth, and Family Ministries will be leading Adult Forum sessions on April 27 and May 18. We'll have a discussion together about the importance of youth ministry at St. Philip's and the church at large, including our emerging and enduring values, challenges we face, and what we can do to support these ministries.  No matter your level of engagement in youth ministry at St. Philip's, all are welcome to join the discussion!
